With your other hand, close your nostril on the opposite side and blow out. As your blowing, roll the two fingers towards your nose. You’ll notice now that you can blow the congestion right out now. Mix boiling water with Eucalyptus oil and inhale the vapor for approximately 10 minutes.
Get a boiled mixture of water and salt and place it into a clean container. When the mixture has cooled down, take a dropper and fill it with the solution. Place a few drops into each nostril with your nose facing the ceiling. When you feel the drops have reached your nose, you can now blow out your nose.
